Please select from the list below. Your price is based on the square footage of the home that is being inspected. Please note that there is an additional fee for:
- Crawlspace (raised foundations)
- Guest house
- Pool
- Spa/Hot Tub
- Detached garage
You must select these items as additional choices.
In the event that your selections are different from the homes actual characteristics, the inspector will bring this to your attention at the time of the inspection and any additional fees will require payment at the time of the inspection in the form of cash or check. Credit card processing is not available on location.
